Acceptance

By using toolkitvalleycore.click or commissioning work from ValleyCore Toolkit Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described on this site

Pages describing engagements, rates, and methodology are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope (email confirmation is sufficient) covering deliverables, fees, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Report packs, workshop materials, and visualisations we create for you are licensed to your organisation for internal use upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and non-confidential frameworks. You retain ownership of raw data you supply.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of exports and permissions to share them with us. You must not supply personal data beyond what an engagement requires; see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyCore Toolkit Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on attribution models chosen jointly at kickoff. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
