Refunds & cancellations
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for ValleyCore Toolkit attribution studies, reviews, workshops, and reconciliation work.
Scope
This policy covers paid engagements with ValleyCore Toolkit Ltd: Campaign Attribution Studies, Monthly Media Spend Reviews, Channel Contribution Workshops, and Cross-Platform Report Reconciliation. It does not cover products we do not sell (software seats, physical goods, or marketplace checkout).
Eligibility & timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@toolkitvalleycore.click within 14 days of the triggering event (cancellation, material delay caused by us, or failed delivery of an agreed milestone).
Deposits
Studies and reconciliations usually require a 40% deposit. If you cancel more than 10 working days before the agreed kickoff, we refund the deposit minus any third-party costs already incurred at your written request (for example, booked meeting rooms). Cancellations inside 10 working days forfeit the deposit because analyst time has been reserved.
Work already started
Once data intake and analysis have begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused future stages may be refunded or credited on a pro-rata basis at our discretion after a written stop notice.
Workshops
Workshop fees paid in full are refundable if you cancel at least 7 working days before the session. Later cancellations may be rescheduled once within 60 days; otherwise the fee is non-refundable. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Monthly reviews
Retainer months already delivered are non-refundable. Future months may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the next cycle; prepaid unused months are refunded within 14 days of the notice taking effect.
Materials & third-party costs
Printed materials, travel booked at your request, or licensed datasets purchased for your engagement are non-refundable once ordered.
Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary reschedule of a readout or workshop when you give at least 5 working days’ notice. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee reflecting analyst overtime or room costs.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.
