Data we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, optional engagement interest, reporting period, and message content
- Email and phone correspondence: contact details and discussion content
- Engagement delivery: business contact details and, only when necessary, limited personal data inside datasets you supply
- Technical logs: IP address and basic server logs required to operate the site
We do not ask for special-category data through this website.

Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Contract and invoice records are kept for six years as typical for UK business records. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool settings described on our Cookies page.
Sharing
We use processors for email hosting and, if you consent, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations.
Your rights
